What is Pay Now?

Pay Now is a service that you can use to securely view and pay your bill online.

Do I need to enroll in Pay Now to make a payment?

No, you do not enroll to make a payment. With this service you can make a one-time payment using “Pay Now”.

What information do I need to make a one-time payment?

You will need your billing account number and the zip code associated with the billing account.

How do I make a payment?

Enter billing account number and billing zip code to locate your account. On the “Make Payment” screen, enter the amount you would like to pay within the payment amount field. This field will prefill with the minimum due, but can be changed. Click on “Add a Payment Method” link and add your bank or credit card information then click “Continue to Payment”. On the next page, verify the payment information, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click “Pay”.

How do I view my invoice?

To view your invoice click on the view invoice button located under the account number field.

Will I be able to view invoices from previous months?

Previous Invoices are available on our Customer Center site. To visit the Auto-Owners Customer Center click here.

Can I setup automatic payments?

This service only allows for one-time payments to be made. Automatic payments can be setup within the Auto-Owners Customer Center. To visit the Auto-Owners Customer Center click here.

How will I know if a payment made through Pay Now has been successfully processed?

Once you have completed the payment through Pay Now, you will receive a confirmation email informing you the payment is being processed.

How do I save my financial information for another payment in the future?

Once you add bank or credit card information on the “Add a Payment Method” screen click on the box “Remember Me”.

How do I update my financial information?

If you want to use different financial information to make a payment you will need to update bank or credit card information by selecting the “Add a Payment Method” on the “Make Payment” screen.

Can I change my payment date?

All payments are processed on the day the payment is created. You cannot change the date.

Can I pay less than the minimum due?

You have the option to pay at least $4.00, however if minimum due is not paid you may receive a cancellation notice.
