Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters Health System (“CHKDHS”) has established a comprehensive privacy program, including both a chief information security officer and a chief privacy officer, designed to help us respect and protect data privacy rights. CHKDHS will protect the privacy of all personal information in its custody in keeping with the access and privacy provisions of all applicable legislation.

Logging Practices
