For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, The Housing Authority of the City of
Pittsburgh will be referred to as “HACP”. By using this website, user consents
to and accepts this Privacy Policy. Use
of the HACP website is contingent upon user’s acceptance of this Privacy Policy
and, if user does not agree to such policy, user shall immediately cease using
the HACP website.
Users of the HACP website are not required to submit personal
information. However, HACP does collect certain anonymous data including but
not limited to Internet Protocol address, and browser software and version.
This information is used strictly for the purposes of monitoring and evaluating
the HACP website and services. Users may provide personal information at their
discretion including but not limited to, name, address, and email address. HACP
does not solicit, reveal nor disclose to any Third Party source information
collected from the use of the website without prior written consent from the

HACP reserves the right in their sole discretion to refuse or
remove any user or content, or to deny services to any user based upon any content

of access to the HACP website:

information and content that is considered to be unlawful, misleading,
defamatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, racially and/or ethnically degrading is
not permitted and considered objectionable.
2. Posting, uploading, or transmitting any material that is in
violation of any copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret is not permitted
and is considered objectionable.

software, viruses, computer code, or programs that are designed to be malicious
and intended to destroy, interrupt, or hinder the functionality of computer
software or computer hardware is not permitted and is considered objectionable.
HACP reserves the right to report and disclose any and all appropriate
information to comply with all applicable local, state, and/ or federal
regulations and laws. HACP reserves the right to notify appropriate local,
state, and/ or federal authorities in regard to any direct, or assumed
violation of local, state, and/ or federal regulations and laws in regards to
the use of this website.
Indemnification
UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HACP
AND ITS SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY
AND ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REASONABLE ATTORNEY
FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF ANY INFORMATION,
INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO HACP SOLICITED INFORMATION, AFFILIATE SOLICITED

PROVIDED BY THE USER TO THE HACP WEBSITE AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES.
