We may disclose all of the information we collect (see above) about our customers and former customers to companies that perform services and functions, including marketing services, on our behalf and we may disclose some of this information to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

 

Medical information only is shared as necessary to process your transactions and as permitted or required by law.

WE MAY REPORT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT TO CREDIT BUREAUS, LATE PAYMENTS, MISSED PAYMENTS OR OTHER DEFAULTS ON YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE REFLECTED IN YOUR CREDIT REPORT.
